    HQBKA leading multi-specialty healthcare center located at Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn, New York City, HealthQuest is dedicated to providing superior quality care and dedicated services. The center specializes in Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Orthopedics, Spinal Decompression, Smoking Cessation, Neurology and Weight Loss programs. Our Long Island-based SEO Company, MedResponsive, has been assisting this NYC healthcare center with their digital marketing needs since 2009.

    The Challenge

    HealthQuest has been receiving a steady increase in traffic over the years with contact form submissions and appointments. To meet this demand, they needed support from an external source. They also needed help in brand recognition and marketing of their services on social media platforms to strengthen their online and local presence. Apart from these requirements, they also wanted a makeover of their present website and mobile-friendly site with easy navigation.

    Total users initiated at least one session on November 2018 is 1208, which is 73.35% of total traffic on that period and total users on November 2017is 550, which is 62.15 % of the total traffic at that period. When comparing both, the organic traffic increased by 119.64%.

    Increased Conversion Rate

    Conversion rate in November 2017 was 0.41%, which increased to .81% by November 2018. The percentage of visits that resulted in a conversion to the goal increases by 97.90%.

    Increase in Sessions

    Focused on U.S.A, the number of sessions in January 2018 was 74.79%, which reached 82.41% by February 2018.

    Comparing new sessions for July 2017 and July 2018, the value increased from 671 to 1,391

    Social media traffic consistently improved between July and August 2018 compared to the previous year.
